A treasure hunt and secret codes, dressing up and a mass water fight – this is the unmissable end to the festival

For one day only, as part of Dig, the city becomes a playground. Wild Rumpus – the clever folk behind the popular Just So Festival, bring a thrilling, grazed-knees-and-climbing-trees take on family fun to the centre to round off the festival. This is a family fun day and city-wide takeover that ends with a giant water fight. Part treasure hunt, part spectacle, with secret codes, theatre, dressing-up, sensory installations and a musical parade, it’s a fittingly wild send off for Dig the City!

Head to the information point on Exchange Street to collect a secret map that will guide you across wild Manchester and to where these clandestine creatures lurk.
